Why this form exists
The community is small on purpose. The room only works if everyone in it is operating at a level where the conversation is useful in both directions.
The application is the desk's way of understanding what you're actually working on — not a credential check. A good answer is a short, honest one.
If now isn't the right time, that's a fine answer too. We'll say so directly rather than leaving you on a list.
